Trevor Wright

My name is Trevor, and I am a father, spiritual director, former pastor and soon, Licensed Professional Counselor (MA, LPC). I’ve been in ministry since 1998 working with all ages, and additionally have done consulting work for Tentmakers to work with churches for vision, planning, and improving ministry in the context of Youth Ministry. I have been a Pastor in the United Methodist Church, and I have received my certificate in Spiritual Direction through the School of Sustainable Faith.

I am finishing a Masters in Clinical Counseling, and I will soon be entering a counseling role full time. Watch for more information on that transition.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time at home relaxing with my family, dreaming about the next vacation to the beach, and wanting to live in a tiny house some day. I am a passionate Steelers fan, coffee drinker, and bourbon enthusiast.

I embrace, as a gift, the diversity of our world. I believe that all people are created in the image of God, and, as beloved children of God, all are worthy of God’s love and grace, and of my respect. I celebrate that human diversity and will not discriminate who I work with based on age, education, ethnicity, faith history, gender identity, marital status, mental and physical ability, political view, race, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status. More succinctly put, I make_space for all people without exception.
