I specialize in working with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, anger, life transition, substance use, and religious trauma. I am an ally with the LGBTQIA+ community creating safe space for all people. In the counseling environment I utilize a person-centered approach along with cognitive behavioral, narrative, existential, emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches.
